Staff so helpful and humble

My room AC is not working for the sensoric ( bocor dan gak bisa pakai remote harus matin sakelar) room 208 The WiFi is worst than before (I’m regularly customer since last year)

The location is perfect. In the middle of everything, 3 supermarket and sim card shop nearby.

The facilities are not that great. Old building and very bad bathroom. If you shower, the whole bathroom gets wet. The shower head is all calcium deposit. It's good for a short stay

Staff were super friendly Good location Nice atmosphere like hostel vibes but private rooms

Main problem was how unclean the place was Rooms need updating badly Bathroom was filthy Bed/pillows uncomfortable Had to ask for toilet paper, bin bags and Change everything myself even though staying for 4 days WiFi very intermittent didn’t work in my room properly - ground floor room Overall extremely disappointing and far better value places available in the area

Dirty pool with rat excrement on the concrete floor.

The cleaning staff is literally non existent and the property is outright filthy. No hot water at all, ice cold showers, no towels, DISGUSTING PROPERTY! AVOID!

Bed sheets have many stains n dirty Bathroom smelly and shower does work properly And v noisy all the time can not sleep in the morning

Very nice place for the price paid. Clean room and decent pool area as as well. Property is located in a convenient area in Canggu where you can access many restaurants and shops nearby.

I found the room on the ground floor lacked some privacy. Without the curtains closed you could see right into the room. Perhaps a room on the floor above would be better for privacy.
