ATVery friendly staff - easy but big breakfast after our tour to Mt. Bromo.
When we arrived at 8PM the place was closed even though we told them the time of arrival before hand. No staff was seen and no one reacted to the bell or our phone calls. We were the only guests and the staff apparently forgot our booking. When the owner showed up (we had to knock on all doors - she was already asleep) she had to equipp the room the second we arrived. She was friendly and tried her best but unfortunately it was chaos.
