Location and the gardens and pool

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ubud Inn Cottages and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Ubud. The location is incredible — only a couple of minutes walk downhill to Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary, passing so many wonderful restaurants and shops along the way, and about a ten minute slightly uphill walk to Ubud Art Market. There were lots of cheeky monkeys out in the street and around the front of the hotel which was such a fun part of the Ubud experience. We didn’t see any within the hotel grounds themselves, although we made sure not to leave food out. The staff were absolutely wonderful and so accommodating throughout our stay. We requested to move to a lower ground floor room as we were travelling with two young children and felt nervous about the second-storey rooms due to the height and wide railings. The staff were more than happy to accommodate us, which we really appreciated. The rooms are clean and have a lovely traditional Balinese feel. This is not a five-star luxury hotel, but it is clean, comfortable and very well air-conditioned. The linen was always fresh and changed daily. The pool was clean and the perfect temperature, but the absolute highlight of the property is the grounds themselves. The original gardens have been beautifully maintained and are absolutely stunning. Combined with the friendly staff, the atmosphere is so peaceful and special — I genuinely could have spent an entire day just relaxing amongst the immaculate gardens. Thank you to everyone at Ubud Inn Cottages for such a lovely stay. We will definitely return.

Great central location with very well kept gardens and fantastic swimming pool. Super friendly staff, very quick and efficient with daily room cleaning. Very happy with breakfast options. The Room was very large compared to other places we've been - as per other comments they are on the older side but we had no problems with any of the facilities. Would definately stay again

Everything. The hotel grounds were amazing. The staff were always super helpful, waiting around when we checked out to take our bags to reception. The shower, the room was absolutely beautiful, the bed was super comfy. Everyone was super friendly.

Nothing. We loved everything, if we were ever to go back we would choose this hotel every time.
