Prachtige omgeving. 10 minuten lopen voor de watervallen. Bij de watervallen ook wat kleine Warungs waar je lekker kan eten. Personeel doet zijn best en werken erg hard.

Duur voor Balinese begrippen. Dorp houd de prijzen hoog omdat er niets in de omgeving zit en is erg toeristische. Hotel is duur voor wat je krijgt. Veel van de menu kaart was niet beschikbaar. Ons gezin zijn makkelijke eters maar hier hadden we echt moeite omdat het niet lekker was. De Luxe kamer was prima qua grootte maar was vochtig waardoor de badkamer vies en beschimmeld was. Bedden waren ook niet comfortabel. 3 nachten hier was voor ons te lang.

Beautiful views from restaurants, especially at sunset. Aircon room. The price is good value.

The burger meat patty was undercooked, no question about it, unfortunately. The special sauce on burger and the other ingredients were nice though and decent size.

The receptionist speaks good English and was super informative. The food was good, they even serve it very nice, like on the picture! Place has an amazing sunset view, one of the best l had in Bali. I advise you to book room with balcony in first floor, mine had the terace view that is nothing special. None of the rooms have pool view! That is written wrong in description.

The only thing that is a big problem there is the dump smell in the bathroom. Very moisty. That's why l wouldn't stay there longer. And the loud Russians, that were listening to their music at breakfast - like we all want to listen to that. What a rude nation.

The location is great, the views, pool area…

The staff should be more professional, both at the reception desk and restaurant. The food takes too long to be ready and they forget part of the order, or get it wrong. They just have a small part of the menu available and they don’t warn you in advance when they provide the menu, only after you’ve made up your mind and order, they let you know that is not available.
