FabHotel Moro Paschim Vihar

I have paid 25% payment online for confirmation 1week before I arrived. But when I reached there, they said they did not receive my money and made me pay 100% payment. So I had to spend extra 25% (1390 INR). They took no responsibility at all. Took my phone and gave a review by themselves. I think Indian hotels are lying, they get high rating because of this manner. I have to ask all the thing I want including AC remote and kettle. (The kettle they gave me is totally awful and dirty) One night, the electricity went out till morning 9am When I woke up, I called them, they came to my room and hit the keycard sensor on the wall for 3-4times , and the light came back. I accidentally get to their kitchen at fifth floor, I wrongly heard that I can have the breakfast at the fifth floor, I would never forget the scene of their kitchen, I have paid for breakfast but I never asked for their breakfast after seeing their cleanliness. MOST IMPORTANTLY: Indian hotels are lying, they take the customer's phones and giving the 5 stars Reviews.

Staff is good cleaning room I am not accepting but hotel is so good

Hotel's staff was a favourite. The location of the hotel was fine. My room was nice and clean.
