The room is dirty and different with pictures Staff isn’t helpful at all

it has poor facilities, service and poor hospitality overall. the staff offered us 3 rooms which each one has flaws, the AC didn’t work, smaller room, etc. we finally have to choose the better one and it still bad. the bed wasn’t comfortable it kind broke in the middle, the bed sheet dirty and has some holes from cigarette. the closet is so dusty and dirty. there’s only 1 towel for two guests, they didn’t provide us water and we when we asked that staff just say they didn’t buy it yet so they don’t have it and won’t provide it for us then laughed. only a water dispenser without any cup provided. the bathroom kinda dirty, the it clogged so it so uncomfortable when webwere showering, the toilet also didn’t work properly, it can’t be flushed properly and you have a couple minutes to let the water sink.
