L'ebergement est très beau et tres propre Le personnel est très gentil et à notre écoute pour notre confort surtout Erna qui est d'une gentillesse et bienveillance incroyable Ma femme a eu un petit problème personnel et Erna et tout de suite venu nous proposer de l'aide et a trouver une solution pour le confort de ma femme Elle a trouver des béquille et nous les a ramener a une vitesse incroyable Mille merci a elle et sont equipe

Muy limpio y con mucha dedicación del personal , gracias al staff y sobre todo a erna que nos permitió pasar un hermoso día de cumpleaños con mi pareja , en donde me apoyaron con las sorpresas preparas para que salga todo perfecto

This is the 2nd time to this facility in Nusa Penida. Priced well ,located in the middle of Diamond beach (45mins) and Trex(Kelinking Beach 45mins). They can arrange a Cab for day booking , Bike rentals , scuba diving etc.

Breakfast could be better

Beautiful hotel with nicely set and separated from each other rooms. Great butterfly shaped pool. The food was absolutely excellent! So was breakfast. The entire staff has been extremly kind with me and provided excellent service. I unfortunetaly had a mishap with the scuba/snorkeling company they work with and they were extremely quick to solve this and reduce the price for this terrible experience. Naturally they apologized and I could tell they truly felt bad. The room and bathroom are very nice, super clean place, well taken care of and regularly for the pool and garden area. Also, they have a resident dog, really cute and playful. If he jumps on you and tries to "fake bite" you, don't be scared, he likes to tag along guests and just chill with you.

I just wouldn't reccommend booking snorkeling through them, especially for the price advised (700k). Unless they change the provider. May be better to do your research on what's the best value for money and reviews of other company and book yourself a more serious one rather than Elite Snorkeling.

Location tranquilla immersa nel verde. Piscina sempre pulita e ben attrezzata con lettini provvisti di asciugamano. Staff molto cordiale e pronto a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta, in particolar modo attenta e gentile Erna la ragazza addetta alla reception

L’unico neo purtroppo è che di fronte c’è la spiaggia ma purtroppo non c’è un punto di accesso e quindi bisogna spostarsi.

Nice food, spacious room, nice design

The hot water in the shower lasts about 2-3 minutes. The room was not in great condition there was a lot of mould. The room is next to the road and it was very noisy. I could even hear every word of the people from the next room. There were daily electricity power cuts, even thought it wasn’t related to the cottage it was quite annoying as the room would get hot without airco and it was too dark. One time lasted over 3 hours. Not very close to attractions it takes at last 45.
