Faciliti kamar tidak memuaskan. Bekalan air terputus pada malam hari. Terpaksa meminta staff untuk membekalkan air di dalam bekas (bak) air untuk kegunaan pada malam hari. Tetapi bekas airnya pula bocor. Bekalan air tiada sehingga kami check-out. Wifi tidak boleh digunakan di sepanjang penginapan kami. Pengurusan telah memohon maaf atas kekurangan tersebut tetapi kami rasa ianya ada keperluan yang asas (basic) dan tidak boleh di benarkan. Kami memohon untuk mendapatkan refund di atas kekurangan tersebut.
