There was nothing to like at this facility. Worst experience and pathetic services

Room was full of cokrotches, unclean, untidy, no drinking water , air conditioning was not proper. Not recommended

The location is reachable. Car parking was easily available. Room and bathroom were mainained clean.

The staff is not welcoming. They are very impolite and rude to respond to the queries. Though breakfat was included in the package, the frontoffice staff was insisting that it was not included. They were not bothered even to verify it with the concened. I had to contact the customer care 4 times. Finally, the staff agreed to give us the breakfat as if they are doing some great favour. They provided two bathtowels which are wet. When we raised the issue, they just told that it is due to wet weather.

There were tooo many small cockroaches in the room

The substandard cleanliness standards throughout the hotel greatly impacted my experience and left me feeling dissatisfied with my stay.
