+staff are helpful and nice +bed is comfy +room is spacious +location is near to everything but you still need to hire gojek/grab.(3-5km away)

-toilet is dirty -towels are smelly -hot water not hot enough -flush is broken -wifi on and off -room is not soundproof at all as stated in the description. you can hear at movement of furniture at next door. and noise at the hallway. -breakfast is so so

"Spacious with good location"

The room was quite spacious. Good location. Lots of channels on the TV. We stayed for 2 nights and breakfast on both days was different. Usually hotels will give same breakfast everyday. King sized bed.

Water pressure in shower is low and hard to adjust the get the hot water. Other than that, this hotel exceeded my expectation.

Breatfast in room. Complete breakfast with lot of varieties.

Staff very helpful. Cool aircon. Bottled water and cofee maker which made our stay comfortable.

Very friendly and helpful staff, tasty breakfast.

Terribily dirty bathroom...Each small part of it. Very low water pressure in the shower. But the room itself was clean.
