You get what you pay for tbh. It’s a 30 min drive in the middle of no where, when we arrived we were moved room due to lights not working. When we got to our room it was absolutely awful, looks like the furniture hasn’t been cleaned or changed in 20 years. The sheets were dirty, floors and towels were dirty, shower had no wall attachment and the ac spits out dirty air. No staff on hand to receive things like extra toilet roll or any assistance. Absolutely catfished by this property, even the outside area is so unkept, the pool is a pond, the grass hasn’t been cut in months and stray dogs just roamed the property as they pleased.

The woman who works there is nice and always smiling at anything you say and that the natural of the people in bali there so friendly love them all ❤️

First it look nothing like the pictures and I had to learn that from my trip to bali that they scam you with pictures.

Property had nice spacious rooms and a lovely pool, public kitchen

Rooms did need a lot more cleaning , rooms and kitchen . If you get put closest to the main office there is a loud water pump noise so ear plugs were needed to sleep but rooms close to the kitchen didn’t hear this. Staff were only around when you checked in so it was difficult to get extra toilet roll but they did give you their phone number if you needed anything .

The room wasn’t cleaned once the whole week I was there, only one towel for the duration of my stay. my bathroom wasn’t cleaned and was dirty on arrival. The bathroom was outdoors with a plastic cover over the top which allowed all sorts of insects into the room. I have eaten alive during my stay. location is poor, nothing close by.

Honestly one of the worst places we stayed at. Looks good and fresh in the photos but the rooms we were assigned were gross. Spider webs, the toilets were not cleaned, hair in the bed (obviously they had not changed the sheets), big stains on the towels etc. We explained to the manager that we wanted our rooms cleaned but when we came back there was barely nothing done. We asked for money back but the manager was rude and said that he didn’t care. Almost impossible to sleep due to a noisy fountain and roosters screaming all night, there’s is also cats running around making noise. We ended up leaving 2 days early without getting our money back.
