How friendly the staff was at the reception, the bar, and everywhere. Always going beyond to provide help, information or whatever I could need. Everyone was very helpful, always smiling and willing to help.

I didn't like my room very much, it was not like in the photos, it was much simpler. Still correct and clean, plus the AC worked really well. I thought it was a little pricier than other places in the area, so I was hoping for more comfort. Still, everyone was so nice during my stay that I can't speak very negatively about this place. Overall it was a wonderful stay.

Very clean room with friendly staff. Nice pool and chill island vibes. Perfect base to explore Uluwatu.

Terra is simply beautiful!! I loved everything about it! The staff is kind and friendly, always with a anime and happy to help. The restaurant is really good, best breakfast!! And the location Is perfect! Far enough from noise and close to everything

Fue nuestra segunda vez aquí, ya dejé un comentario explicando por qué volvimos. Sin duda un hermoso lugar con una calidad de servicio excepcional, gracias nuevamente a todo el personal, Ila, Jefry, Nyoman, Yuni y el señor que estaba en el estacionamiento, en general cada persona que trabaja aquí hizo de nuestra estadía una experiencia de calidad. Ni hablar del lugar, las instalaciones y los deliciosos desayunos. Si, si vale la pena, quédense aquí.

Extrem schöne Unterkunft. Tolle Zimmer, gute Ausstattung. Sehr toller Poolbereich, lädt zum Entspannen ein. Mega nette Mitarbeiter, wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Frühstück auch sehr lecker. Ruhige Lage, trotzdem alles zu Fuß erreichbar.

Da fällt mir wirklich nichts ein. (Uluwatu selbst hat uns nicht gefallen, der Influencer-Vibe ist da einfach zu krass; aber dafür kann die Unterkunft überhaupt nichts)

What can we say other than this was one of the sweetest and best hotels we’ve ever stayed at, with genuinely kind, warm and welcoming staff? We loved it so much that we extended our stay by two extra nights. The atmosphere was perfect, and breakfast each morning was something we truly looked forward to. Many thanks for such a wonderful experience.
