Краєвиди чудові, біля самого океану, басейн чистий, не було натовпу. Фото невдалі, не передають справжню красу місця. Плюс віла знаходиться близько від королівської літньої резиденції Таман Уджунг 🥰

Трошки втомлена сантехніка.

The villa is in a very quiet place of the island. Still it is 75 KM from the airport. That would take you 4 hours during rush hours and minimum 2 hours and 45 minutes in normal road conditions. Catharina ( the owner after her dad passerd away) is a lovely lady, very helpful. Unfortunately she is not doing her best to make this a paradise for her customers. Breakfast is very poor. I paid the highest price in order to get the best service. Many ( who was serving the breakfast the first day ) told us, that we are allowed two toasts and 1 egg each. And she even asked me to pay extra for the breakfast. When I told her that breakfast is included in my stay they started counting eggs and bread for me and my spouse. And when we were leaving they asked me to pay extra. Maintenance is something they do not care about. We had the water leaking for more than 3 days. To the extent that my wife slipped and hit her head in the washroom. Instead apologizing about the leak, they forced me to pay IDR 500,000 because she hit her head and broke the cover of the toilet flush. Food variety is nill. So do not consider the restaurant there. They have either fish ( did not try) or chicken. The chicken portion is too small, not tasty , and too expensive. There is no beach. So, do not think you would be able to go swimming, unless you have some suicidal thoughts. Waves are too high. The previous owner was lying about the rooms, the swimming pool, the private safe, and the washing machine, among others. First the room is NOT 56 square meters. The whole building is 56 square meters, which makes the room a little more than 25 square meters. There is no private pool for each room, as advertised on Booking.com. The pool is private for the village, but you are sharing it with everyone else. Including the owner's guests. Hans ( the previous owner) insisted that each room has a private pool. Water is not free, and it is 10 times the price of any supermarket in the nearby village.

Food. Breakfast is too poor. They would ask you to pay more. Otherwise, you are allowed two toasts of bread and one egg. That is their fancy breakfast. Swimming pool, unfortunately it was cleaned till my wife asked them to. It was full of dirt, leaves and dead bugs for more than 3 days. At the end of our stay, they weirdly put some hay into the swimming pool. I do not know for what reason. Cleanliness, the place is full of bugs, ants, and geckos. I am not taking abiut lizards. These are dirty filthy geckos. A trash bin by the tea amd coffee bar at the restaurant was not cleaned for the full 15 days that I spent there. Maintenance, Restaurant Price of meals Price of water and beverages is 10 times the price in the supermarket in the mearby village. And 7 times the price at the adjacent grocery shop. Wifi is not reliable and very slow. Shower gel, shampoo and hand soap: when I asked the lady to give us more, she just filled the bottles with water, gave them a good shake and returned them to me. The washroom is really not clean, you can see the pictures from yourself. The hangers and the faucets were not cleaned for maybe a decade or so. I asked for the room to be cleaned as it was full of ants and small bugs, I was told that they are going to buy an insecticide the next day. That next day never came The room has no hair dryer, which is another lie of the previous owner on Booking.com The room has a small box with one key they are calling this a safe. This is definitely not safe to be a safe.

De locatie was wel mooi en erg rustig er waren praktisch geen andere gasten aanwezig

De kamer en linnengoed was bij ons verblijf van 6 nachten maar 1x verschoond ook de prullenbakken niet geleegd deze waren overvol met vuilniszakken er naast gezet omdat er niets werd gecontroleerd tijdens ons verblijf

Great views - not so much more. Not much around the place to do apart from Taman Ajung. Staff were kind.
