"Good stay"

Location was nice , located in quite residential area and had nearby amenities like supermarket and good hotel for breakfast lunch and dinner with in walking distance, they have in house facilities to provide food if ordered prior to, staff helpful and friendly

The bathroom could have been bit more clean and hot water was not available at times

Profile of the people they accepted. A group of Guys totally drunk and made lots of noise near the room, knocked the door in the night, messed up the swimming pool

"Lovely hotel, with good staff and a lovely pool"

Brick Castle was a quiet little oasis. Nice gardens and a lovely pool. We had 2 rooms close together ( as requested) The staff were lovely. We ate at the hotel and the food was fab, and very reasonably priced. I would stay again if I were in the area.

The bathroom could do with a slight upgrade.
