Great value for a basic room. Very Clean and comfortable. The shower was the best we’ve used in 5 months of travel. Staff are all excellent and very friendly as is the owner himself. Live music and seafood BBQ every night was a great addition to this exceptional place. We booked tours and transport with them also and they were great. We would go back in a heartbeat.

I have to say that they scammed on us with a tour that they offered us, they told us we would go on a 2-hour trek and in the end it was a 15-minute walk. We decided to leave a day early because we felt cheated and there wasn't much else to do. At the time of asking if we could pay half the price, a member of the staff (Ranga) became VERY aggressive and disrespectful to us, and we found ourselves in danger from this man. All the members from the staff stared without doing anything. DO NOT GO THERE, they aren’t good people, they just want to scam tourists.

Accomodation is basic but worth the price. Hot water with good pressure, clean, comfortable bed, very friendly staff, close to waterfalls and montain trails, and incredible sunrise view.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful there, I really recommend to spend a few days at Achita cottages!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The view is incredible. They gave us a free welcome drink and made us feel at home. They offer many activities such as climbing the Rinjani volcano. After arriving we booked a tour with them for visiting the 2 beautiful waterfalls and ricefields. Our guide Ali made our trip wonderful. The restaurant offers delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner for a good price. We had a lot of fun with the staff in the evening in the bar/restaurant with a small fireshow and live music. They also arranged a taxi for us to our next stop. They offer 2 rooms and they are building more. The room has all the basics you need: a bed and a shower with good waterpressure and warm water. The view from the room is beautiful. The price-quality is perfect and the staff is so amazing!

Staying at Achita Bayan was one of the most amazing experience we had during our trip. People here are so nice and welcoming so we felt like home. They serve delicious food and drinks, have amazing view. I hope we will visit this place again! Thank you!

Pondok Achita Cottages is a really special place and we had the best time here! Nemoe, Josi and all of the guys were so welcoming and you will leave as great friends. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and we wish we could’ve stayed longer. The hospitality really was exceptional and we hope to return some day in the future. Highly recommend staying here!
