Very clean. Prompt support from staff.

Food was good but very expensive compared to what we get in Varanasi.

the construction is pretty new... rooms are good ... washrooms are clean and good... modern.... staff is good...

very strict check in and check out policy... not at all flexible... not even 5mins... they charge u for a complete day if you fail to check out on time.

Location is great. It’s newly constructed. There’s a lovely shop where you can buy authentic Banarasi stuff.

In cold weather they can consider giving floor rugs and hair dryers

The Hotel was nice and staff was also very cooperative, The hotel location was also near from every temple

There was only a parking issue As the parking was 200 mtr away from the hotel, but it's okay because you can only travel on e rickshaw only in city

It's a new property, and the location is good. The staff is good, cleanliness is proper. Best for couples.
