Padadita Beach Hotel

Beautiful location and large swimming pool. Good good etc.

Reception is all business. I booked an ocean view room. Spectacular view, sunrise was a bonus. Room spacious with a sitting area. Bed comfy. Air conditioning quiet. Shower well laid out with hot water. Swimming pool awesome. Scooter rental available.

Floor tiles are coming loose, so be careful. I've sliced my foot on one in the past so wore my flip flops. No hand towel. Only 2 dilapidated hangers available. Room lacks charm...no table/reading lamps or decorations. Towels super rough. Had chicken in black pepper sauce for dinner in the restaurant and it was awful. The sauce seemed ok, but the chicken was extremely hard and tough...a total waste of a meal/money. You could hardly bite into it. I opted to eat dinner out for the rest of my stay. Breakfast is Indonesian-style, high in carbs. Eggs are available but aren't made to order, which means they sit out and and are lukewarm (if you're lucky). There's chicken, but it was also hard and tough, like dinner the night before. No milk available for coffee...just creamer. Fruit was ripe and tasty.

Outside area of the hotel facing the sea is amazing! Having breakfast there is relaxing. The pool is also very well located. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

Not that clean unfortunately. But its average standard for location, if you're traveling around there you know what to expect. Anyway its the best place you can find in that area.
