Good stay with helpful staff

The location is good. Maybe restaurants and shops very nearby. Can rent descent scooters right next door for a reasonable price. Breakfast was very nice, lots of selections and very tasty. The staff were very good, friendly, helpful, accommodating and welcoming. The room was spacious with a nice bathroom. The pool area is a nice place to cool off or watch sunset.

To be fair, the room was not that clean. For example, the walls were a bit dirty, the coffee area had not been cleaned, the fabric on the chair was dirty and my desk chair was broken. There were lots of greasy fingerprint marks. I think the room could use with a very deep clean and some repairs. I do have a suggestion, there should be some enforcement for other guests observing quiet times as to not disturb others. The hotel has a massive multi floor atrium which all rooms open out to and everything echos. I had guests shouting on their phones and talking very loudly until after midnight one night. Smoking in the hallways and putting their cigarettes out on the floor. They also had their doors open with their television volume on full due to the big open atrium it amplifies their voices and echos across the entire hotel.

Decent stay and the pool with the view was reqlly nice. Good breakfast and the rooms were comfortable.
