pool was lovely. the room was clean and comfortable

the air conditioning smelt awful, like it was full of mould spores, we had to turn it off .

the room is spacious and the staff is excellent

the bathroom drainage is a bit weird, every time we took a shower there is always a water pooling around the toilet. the bathroom tiles can be slippery at times.

Rooms were so spacious, they clean everyday, so many good restaurants and cafes near by. the staff are so great. Enjoyed our stay here! Free water and kitchen area to use.

Good location on a quiet road but in close proximity to the hustle and bustle of Berawa and a short scooter ride to Canggu. Large, clean rooms with a living space and good wifi. Nice shared outdoor kitchen and pool.

Hot water was a bit intermittent but shower pressure was great.

Maisaba is located in an excellent area - centrally located where getting to anywhere in Canggu is easy. The rooms were clean and in excellent condition.

A bit hot and humid in the bathroom where the wardrobe is located, so clothes were a bit humid.

Clean, good location, quiet. For the price you get only the basic amenities so don’t expect much. We really like how the place is kept clean and it is quiet (everyone staying there was mindful of their noise levels). Staff is also friendly and tried their best to assist guests. There is a laundromat and mini mart just outside the hotel which is also very convenient. Wifi is strong and reliable. There is a clothes rack to dry your clothes outside which is great. You can also rent a scooter from the hotel and top up petrol just outside.

The property seems old (water leaks in some parts of the bathroom), sometimes there is no hot water (only luke warm). Kitchen is also a bit run down (rusty grills and fridge). Pillows are super soft so there is not much support. Would be good if there were hooks in the bathroom to hang your clothes/towel. Airport transport at 300,000 IDR for a half hour ride also seems overpriced - but not much choice if you need to get to the airport at odd hours.

Lack of light spots by the room. There was no staff at the reception therefore I had to wait more than 15min and make some phone calls asking for someone to check me in. Seems that was normal, as next day another guest experienced the same situation. There was no vibe at all in the premises.
