New, by the airport, free shuttle

Waiter’s English is not good enough, at the same time lack of communication and clarification skills, got order wrong multiple times. Missed some thing we ordered, in other cases served us something we never ordered…

Easy walk to shops & warungs, comfortable bed, nice strong hot shower, roof bar & restaurant was attractive & fun space, free airport shuttle.

Would be better to be able to have breakfast at the rooftop rest/bar….which after the work being done there at present may be in your plans?

Good location: 5 minute-walk to the airport. They offered us free transportation. The stuff was very nice. Wonderfull rooftop restaurant.

excellent customer service. Location is right next to airport with free shuttle to it. very clean and modern room, very surprised to find such a good hotel in this small town.

the room is fairly small but compact, has everything you need.

The bed Was large and comfortable. The breakfast buffet has a good selection of well prepared items. The rooftop bar is worth a visit.

The room looks very clean at first but isn't that clean when you look a little closer. Our room had a window but it wasn't an actual window. On the other side was another hallway which was lit all night so our room was never fully dark and it never felt like it was night time. The rooms are even smaller than expected. All in all we did not think it was good value.
