"Great stay in budget"

It's very close to the airport, the Beach, and very easy to reach. Staff is great! The lady on the reception is amazing, I loved her help and support 🙌🏻

There were mosquitoes, cockroaches, and even a spider in the rooms. Maybe it's the tropical region thing, IDK. Not a LOT to be honest, I saw like one or two in 5 days of stay!

Absolutely beautiful location with a gorgeous property. Just a five-minute drive to the beach and only 10–15 minutes from the airport. The staff were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and welcoming. I had a wonderful stay and will definitely choose this place every time I’m in Goa.

"Convenient to airport"

Location in terms of proximity to airport was great. Check in was smooth and efficient and morning cleaning staff greeted us with a smile. A/C in room worked well and hot water for shower. Did not eat there so cannot comment on food. Mattress was obviously dated but slept ok for a one night stay.

Some complain about airplane noise but it is beside the airport. I am not sure that previous reviews reflect our experience but the limited interaction we had with staff was fine and we did not try the food so cannot comment.

The staff was good.

The room was not clean. Wifi and even the intercom was not working. Not worth the money.
