"Not a hotel, more a lodge - expect very little."

The hotel was close to the airport, and the beach was over 1. 3 km away. - a walk of 20 minutes. The staff were attentive and responsive. The room had a medium-sized balcony. The free wifi was OK for streaming (~20 Mbps).

It was by no means a 3-star hotel. It was more befitting of a "lodge" tag. The room was just big enough to accommodate a chair and a double bed. The toilet was old and urgently needed upgrading. Settle for a bucket bath with just soap and shampoo provided. The TV was at least 10 years old, and it was a wonder that it even worked. The place is right next to a busy road and on landing/take-off paths of aircraft from the nearby Dabolim Airport. So, the noise levels are quite high till late in the night. I was the only one who had taken the free breakfast option, so there was no buffet. But I was served a good breakfast from a selection. The Bogmalo beach is a 20-minute walk away, or Rs. 100 in a cab (a good service provided in Goa, notorious for lousy cab services).
