"Exceptional"

Had a short layover before our flight. Hotel was just perfect. Staff and owner very helpful and offered us a free lift to the airport

"Will not return to this property."

This property was selected because of proximity to Dabolim airport because of a very early flight. There were drunk persons next door that were screaming and yelling and slamming doors that kept us awake amd totally exhausted before our flight.

The staff was nice but unable to control the noise.

"We enjoyed the comfort, privacy and peace. The food too was delicious and cooked with a lot of care."

From the check in to check out everything was a breeze. I'd like to especially mention the warm hospitality of Ameena the Res. Mgr, Shanti, Bhim (I think it's her name) and Bahadur the Man Friday. We loved that Bogmalo Beach was only a km and half away and the beautiful Naval Aviation Museum was round the corner. Both places within walkable distance if you love long walks esp to view the incredible sunset!

A few suggestions to improve the service: It would be nice if they provide a dental kit and daily morning newspaper, as well as top up the teabags and beverages kit every morning.

"Do not go there"

I left my bags in reception and all the money was stolen. So they went through them while I walked down the road. The staff then refused to let me see the cctv. Said they didn’t have access. I found out from the locals it’s mafia run. Do not go there

Don’t steal from me. I will be returning to take care of the issue personally

Stealing. Terrible customer service. I heard the same from an Indian couple but it was too late. Never stay here

The bed was comfy Near the airport for one night convenient stay

The sheets and towels were dirty They only took cash It was very nosy The pool was dirty The place looked nothing like it’s pictures
