The Staff that took care of the luggage Was very helpful. The Coffee, thats all. Seriously.

Where do I Start? After a welcome sir I Was informed about all the additional Costs (e.g. Talking a second Portion of eggs Costs extra). When I entered the room it felt like a chlorine bomb had exploded. The smell was unbelievable. Of course i could not really open the Window but the Window Was Bad enough to hear every Single Moto on the Road all night long. Impossible to sleep. Same with the loud AC. The Staff at the reception is... Nice. Thats all since the have no answer to any question at All. The breakfast is expensive and not good. I have no idea how this hotel can have 4*. I wouldnt give it more than 1,seriously.

The location was excellent. Near to Krisna and nearby amenities

It would be good to have a gym.

this hotel is good at confirming or emailing before the check in process.

unfortunately when I checked in at night and arrived at the room it turned out that there were many problems in the room such as a clogged sink and a door handle that had been removed and not properly installed. even in the middle of the night we were very disturbed by the many mosquitoes that bit while sleeping so we couldn't rest properly. we feel very disappointed with hotel facilities like this. coupled with the internet connection that can not be used. parking using a stacking system in front of the roadside hotel lobby.

Room were large but a bit old. Toilet seat was broken so yhat was not got and there were a few cockroaches but that's not unusual for Bali.
