Nice hotel and staff Upset when we had put drinks on room then got woken up to pay complained next morning reaction was their policy so advised them to train staff. Oh only soft drinks and beer available which was disappointing and not mentioned before booking

It's an old hotel but very nice and clean. The breakfast is ok with a lot of choices. All the staff from the front office to the housekeeping are wonderful and very helpful. The bed is big and very comfortable. Very inconvenience for me and my family to stay. Next to the Khrisna shoop, which I found very helpful to do last minute shooping for gift. Close to the airport less than 15 minutes before pick time (9am).

Sadly, I trusted the reviews for this accommodation. It was really disappointing. Check-in was quick, and the staff was friendly. Check-out was also super quick (thankfully) However, I didn't enjoy checking in while someone next to me was smoking at reception/lobby. Room sadly smelt like urine. Mismatched discoloured floor boards. Small fridge that was barely cold. Extra large bed with only 2 pillows. Very small bathroom with minimal amenities. Hallway is cramped and small and minimal lighting. Old hotel that could do with some renovations and fresh coat of paint. The hotel is outdated. Sadly, construction was happening, with constant loud banging and drilling as if it was happening right in our room. Cars parked right in front of entrance like an overcrowded car park makes it hard to walk through. Stayed here as it was closer to the airport. However, I would recommend giving extra time due to traffic and needing to head in the opposite direction, which is on the other side of the rd from the hotel.

TV is just for show. Doesn’t function well (Yeah, my 5 y.o niece wants her youtube on tv. I wish for this kind of hotel they provide tv with those options). How could they provide only liquid body soap with no shampoo? For their price, this is sad.

Breakfast was great, fresh fruits and juices. Omelettes delicious. Different food selections. Location met our needs. Quick response by staff for addition items for room (at cost). Great staff, very helpful and welcoming.

Wifi kept dropping out, not enough pillows provided but accommodated when requested.
