Dirty, unconfortable, bad breakfast, smell of tobaco in the room, noisy. Really bad It is not so cheap to be s o bed, really unlucky experience

This hotel reject my booking, simply because i didn't check in earlier. I have informed this property in the chat box that i will come around 7 PM-8PM. I arrived there on time but they didn't have room for me. They said that they prioritized guest who come first & pay it in advance. Then how come my reservation confimed by BOOKING.COM and not confirmed by this property???? The phone number that mentioned in the detail is wrong, they didn't update it. I try to contact property (OYO) by chat but no respond. I also contact BOOKING.COM but no INDONESIAN STAFF that night. The staff of ASTERIA, his name IDRIS ISMAIL said that hotel can't provide me the room coz i haven't paid then why BOOKING.COM confirmed my booking and said that i can pay at the property when i check in??? I was furious that night to him, he yell back at me. You can simply reject my booking if i didn't showed up timely based on my check in confirmaion time. I arrived on time then why you give my room to others???? NOT MAKE SENSE. I just want my room, i didn't wanna hear you give my room to other. Is this how you treat your guest???? You dump your guest just like that???? BOOKING.COM, why you give option "PAY AT THE PROPERTY" without any guarantee that guest will get the room????????? I call the hotel manager 3x, no answered. I was mad that night. No one can be contacted. I left the property in anger. I don't want to recommend this property to anyone. They don't respect my booking then how come they can respect their guest????? This case makes me think twice to book hotel room with BOOKING.COM
