Reception staff good and cooperative. Helped me cancel my 1 night stay which was booked for 2 nights. Also assured me to return amount for cancelled booking within a week.

Ambience not so good ! Cleaning staff not professional. Suffocating atmosphere. Amenities given not maintained. Check-in was a mess.

Bed uncomfortable. Wash room were too small . Room was changed post complaint. Intercom was not working. Breakfast options were very few. Dinner was oily.

"Clean and good facility, needs more efficient front desk manager"

Nice location and good building. Food was tasty.

Reception desk is on the second floor with no notification at entrance lobby. Checking in took longer than expected despite advance intimation of arrival time. There was a common door between my allotted room and the adjoining one. Though lockable, it was flimsy plywood one with zero noise proofing. This needs to be rectified urgently. I felt it more being solo female traveller.
