Housekeeping never gave me change for my laundry , bed was super Uncomfortable , bugs in room

Srltaff was super efficient and friendly. We had an emergency and the staff was swift to assist and help us up. It was excellent and we really appreciate their assistant.

Toilet needs to improve clean and renovate

The location is great.

This property do a lot of group tours. There are nowhere near enough staff to deal with the volume of guests. The breakfast is comical. You are lucky if you can get a table. There are more often than not no glasses by the juice. No cutlery in the tray and nobody to ask about it.if you are lucky enough to find an available table it will be sticky and when you go searching for staff to clean it, it will probably be taken when you return. It is the sort of hotel where the staff avoid eye contact in fear that you will ask them for something. They are so understaffed.
