Hotel Ciputra Cibubur managed by Swiss-Belhotel International

Staff at the front desk, restaurant, lobby, and housekeeping were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with simple options everyday. It is attached to a mall so it was convenient to visit restaurants and shops. Hotel pool was beautiful.

When the restaurant was busy, the staff had problems filling emptied dishes at the buffet line. The hotel was a little old and in my first room, there was an ant problem. The staff was quick to change my room and address my concerns. Ordering a car to the hotel can be tricky because the car apps would detect the near by mall entrance instead of the lobby -- so watch out for that. Also, entering the parking requires drivers to pay 5000 IDR regardless of time inside the parking lot so that fee will be added to your overall trip fare. To save this money, I would walk outside the entrance gate to wait for my app ride --- which is not a problem but it is just another thing to do.

For a hotel located on the outskirts, it was okay. It was also located within a mall so it’s real convenient.

The towels smelled musty, as if they hadn’t been properly dried before use.

Old and wore off. pillow was mouldy (complained to receptionist and they changed it the day after however no compensation was offered. this is a health hazard!), towels were wore off and lose threads (complained to receptionist but apparently they don’t have any proper towels).
