Het personeel was vriendelijk, maar konden nauwelijks Engels spreken. Communicatie verliep slecht. Voor je betaald voor de kamer, moet je de kamer nakijken. Onze kamer was vol vlekken op de muren, bed, kussens, handdoeken… We hebben daarom ook gevraagd voor nieuwe lakens en kussens want andere kamer was niet mogelijk. De nieuwe lakens en kussens die we kregen hadden nogsteeds plekken, maar was al iets minder waardoor we akkoord gingen (was ook al 3u in de nacht, moe van de reis en geen mogelijkheid tot ander verblijf zoeken). Volgende dag staan we op, insecten op de muren en nachtkastje. De buurt was ook niet zo proper en geen veilig gevoel. Betaal iets meer, zodat je fijner zit.
