the pool, the staff , the decor- my bed was so comfy and my bathroom was lovely . great lighting. loved the balinese music in the mornings, Gorgeous pool just so gorgeous everything was super clean and just perfect.

Location is fine

This hotel delivers extremely poor value for money, especially given that it’s priced on par with the Apurva Kempinski but offers nowhere near the same quality of experience. What should have been a luxurious stay turned into a disappointment. The private pool and poolside chairs were filthy, the towels were dirty, and even the carpets inside the room looked unclean. The bed linens had an odd smell, and the entire room felt as though it had never been properly cleaned. This was particularly disappointing because the facilities themselves could be quite nice if they were maintained. Spider webs in multiple areas suggested long-term neglect, and there were visible cracks throughout the flooring. We ultimately had to leave the hotel early due to becoming very sick (unrelated to the hotel), but even if we had been healthy, we would have left early regardless to save our honeymoon. Overall, if the hotel were priced at a fraction of its current rate, the shortcomings might be more forgivable—but at such a high price point, the experience falls drastically short and requires major improvement.

Très Bruyant. À partir de 4h du matin, la nuit est terminée à cause du coq des chiens des avions. Donc si vous venez pour vous reposer, ce n’est pas l’endroit.
