"Arrogant blackmailing for advance even though payment is during checkout"

Location of the property is good

The hotel staff and the owner pushed us for the advance payment the previous day of our journey and forced us with continous phone calls and even blackmailed that your booking will be cancelled if you're not paying any advance though the payment was only during checkout. They even asked us to share our personal details like train tickets to know that we are travelling or not which was a very very bad invasion of our privacy. They also approached saying that we can offer you cheaper rooms in a different hotel nearby and cancel the booked room. Very rude and very arrogant Manager who was not at the property but kept calling for advance payment and blackmailed. We went under a lot of pressure handling this just before our departure which spoiled our entire trip. This needs to taken care by booking.com and make sure the property is not pushing us like this and blackmailing us.
