BRI only stayed one night at the homestay, because there was no more space at the other one I was staying at. The bed is comfortable, the place is clean and organized. One of the staff kindly booked my ferry ticket back to Padang, which was a great help, I'm grateful for that.
I gave it an 8 because I had an inconvenience when I checked in. On the day of check-in, I had to fight for my reservation because they wanted to put me in another place far from the beach, claiming that they hadn't received my reservation that I had made on the app and that I had received the confirmation by email. In the end, everything worked out, but it was exhausting having to explain that the reservation was ok.
