Rumah Kelapa Sepi

La gentillesse du personnel qui est à nos petits soins, la cuisine était excellente. On s’est vraiment régalé sur des plats typiques, notre logement était juste paradisiaque, je recommande vivement cet hôtel, nous avons eu l’occasion de nous faire masser plusieurs fois, j’ai même testé plusieurs massages différents, et ce n’est que du bonheur. Il est clair que j’y reviendrai.

Troppi buchi nella stanza da cui possono entrare animali. Pessima esperienza con un geco enorme in camera

La suite est superbe, salle de bain dans un bâtiment a part, 2 salons extérieurs, un grand jardin. Magnifique !

Tout! Magnifique, sans mot! Villa indépendante avec jardin , prestations de grand luxe, raffinement. Excellente nourriture et personnel au petit soin.

Rién tout était parfait.

Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam en konden heerlijk koken! Verder prachtige kamer waar je echt tot rust komt!

Rumah Kelapa Sepi was marvelous! The villas and gardens are beautiful and well kept! The dining on site was also wonderful- great breakfasts and dinners. Nearby the Jasri Beach was beautiful and very walkable. Virgin Beach was a ten minute scooter ride away, but by far my favorite beach visited in Bali! I also did sunrise horseback riding with a local operator and private guide which was a beautiful way to start the day!

The natural thatch roof of the villa had quite a few geckos living in it, so each morning there would be droppings on the floor and surfaces each morning. Perhaps some attention could be given to the roofs.

Our third stay at Rumah Kelapa and we will be back again. Peaceful and relaxing. Staff are gentle and caring. Breakfasts are excellent. Pool is perfect.

We loved our stay here. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The gardens are beautiful and the location is quiet and serene. All staff are friendly and welcoming and the breakfast is fresh and delicious. We will be back.

Beautiful bungalows and garden, we loved the pool, delicious food (but it's not a restaurant and dinner has to be ordered in advance as well as specific breakfast times are asked by the staff)

We were quite disappointed with our stay. Firstly, let me say that the bungalows are stunning and the pool is very nice and the garden is fantastic (the gardner is working very hard and does a great job!) But I think the owners made some vital errors by building the bungalows in a semi-open fashion in the middle of the jungle. Our bungalow had a small and beautiful little kitchen attached, which was completely open between the roof and the walls and a window without glass. There was no door to our bedroom, just a doorway. Obviously there will be little creatures in the room and it is hardly possible for the staff to keep them at bay. In our first night we had 5 huge spiders in the (open) bathroom, in the room, inside the bed, on top of the mosquito net… flies and ants everywhere and on the second day a hornet was in the room and a lot of mosquitos. Also frogs in the bathroom which we didn't mind but yeah. Communication was also quite poor to be honest. It would have probably made a huge difference if we could have talked to someone or someone would have asked how we've been like we usually experience it on Bali. We had booked for three nights but decided to leave after two. The morning of our early check out was the first time we met the manager whom I had tried to contact via booking com, via whatsapp and email. No answer to any of it. He was unaware of my communication attempts. He was friendly but we were already checking out and it didn't help the situation anymore. We feel bad to leave a negative review. We can see that staff is working hard but for us it was a really poor experience. The only disappointment in overall 6 weeks of Bali. We know for sure that it is possible to spend time in the Balinese jungle without chilling with huge spiders in your bed. It is also quite isolated, if I had been travelling solo this would have felt like a total nightmare.
