"Relaxing at Dekuta"

The staff were always available and helpful and friendly. Location was excellent, close to beach, markets, scooter hire, restaurants. And the variety of food for breakfast at Dekuta was well planned. Extra requests like an ice bucket, or extra room key were no problem for the friendly staff.

"With a few minor issues which the owners should address. This hotel would be a great place to stay."

Wijaya and his staff were excellent. Very helpful in all aspects, I do believe if it wasn’t for the staff I would have given it a very poor rating. The hotel location and price was good. The breakfast was average could have had a bit more fruit instead of the same two to three fruits a day.

The hotel could do with a bit of a face lift. The room that I stayed in was supposed to have been renovated, the door to the bathroom would not close properly to give any privacy, the bedroom was very uncomfortable, the pillows were not up to standard, only gave two towels no hand towels ect, the safety deposit box was not secure and could only use a key as the battery system did not work. The pool area needs a few more chairs and umbrellas. The bathroom could do with a few extra items ( shampoo, conditioner, only provided body wash)
