easy location

was booked with BF but they did not give BF nor did they refund. staff is indifferent and they have only one helper type person who just opens the gate for you. no tea/coffee in room, power outlet was loose, cupboard did not have rod for hanging clothes. BF is sourced from outside and did not arrive till 9 am so i left without BF on both days! In BF they only serve bread omelette it seems, that too from a restaurant outside, bit it did not arrive on both days. TV did not work as they have not paid subscription for DTH cable. overall not at all 3 star, maybe only 1 star
