The location was pretty close to Dago. And pretty easy to get a Grab car.

First of all, the lobby was pretty dark. And there's only stairs. No elevator. And my room was on the 2nd floor. 🤦🏻‍♀️ And when I entered the room, I was shocked bcoz I booked for twin bed, but they gave me a kind size bed. Pretty uncomfortable when you're staying with a friend. And my pillow sheet was torn on the edges. Like it was stabbed with a pointy object. So weird! Never seen that before in any hotels that I've been. No slippers. When I checked the toilet seat, I can see stain of previous ppl' p**p. Now this is DISGUSTING! And there was no telephone to call the lobby for my complaints. So I had to go downstairs to tell them. About my complaints, they actually gave me a new pillow cases, they gave me slippers (but told me that this is only given when requested). And about the twin beds, they told me maybe the application (Booking.com) automatically changed my bed type due to lack of rooms available. Since I came there pretty late at night and I was just so tired, I just go back to my room and sleep. But overall it was a pretty bad experience.

Location are nice and the staff are very nice and helpfull. There’s convenience store just beside the lobby. Hot water is on even if it takes a little while, wifi are good.

Room was clean, but sheets and towel are a little bit dirty and there was a big stain on the bed from my 1st room so i had to make request for changing it.

The low cost, location

The room, the linen weren't clean, the baathroom and toilet were dirty with stain. It seems they didn't actually clean it. The first room I got was so smelly, full of cigarette smoke smell, they didn't even feel they had to do something with the smell before assigning the room for me. I know it is very reasonable price, but for the service I would choose elsewhere with highjer price. I asked for late checkout, the guy said not even 5 minutes was allowed. Lesson learned is better avoid this kinda price point, not even value for money. Simply cheap with poor services, moreover there's no lift, you have to use the "bridge-like stairs" which very very noisy, really, not even concrete stairs seriously

Near a big road & strategic.

The downside is really-really noisy came from fast vehicle voice, better have some earplug.
