location, staff and physical bed were great and super comfortable. stayed in a pod.

stayed in room 303 - top floor - no lift - so many stairs. stairs were horrible. there needs to be more storage in the rooms, there was no where to put my suitcase securely the locker could barely fit 1 small bag - most people travel with more than that. there was 2 other girls in the room and i walked in on them naked twice on separate occasions. they all had their suitcases in a corner of the room spilling out everywhere as there was no where to put it. i didnt mind as we all had no choice. if you wanted to get changed you had to do it in the common area with no privacy. you couldn't use the shower room as there was no shelf, chair, bench or hooks to put your clothes on. you could use the toilet room but it was the toilet and not very pleasant. the towels weren't big enough, wouldn't wrap around my body. so i couldn't use the shower room to get changed so i was out in the room with 3 other people basically naked. not the best experience. you need bigger towels. you need bigger lockers - to fit a full size suitcase. you need a bench or shelf in the bathroom so people can use the mirror. i think you need a bigger mirror above the sink you need a shelf and more hooks in the shower room there was just no where to put anything

The pods were very spacious and comfortable. I felt very safe the whole time and all the staff were very friendly. A lovely cafe and lobby area, and clean cold water provided for free. It had a nice balcony too with a clothes rail to dry clothes/towels.

Showers and toilet/sink area was a little small but it was okay

loved the staff and the capsules are supper comfortable! i had one of the best sleep there 🙌🏼 bar/restaurant is very convenient and everything within a reach

comfy big beds. good location near lots of bars and the beach. really nice staff who helped us with our bags.

really bad sulphur smell coming from the bathroom. shower was extremely weak. loud music can be heard in the rooms in the morning and at night. it’s very cheap though so can’t have everything!

The private room smelt like sewage and there were a bunch of air fresheners trying to cover up the stench but it didn’t work. It was very off putting. They had karaoke playing both nights extremely loud and made it difficult to sleep even with ear plugs. Would not stay again.
