Capsules were good, comfy and offer complete privacy.

Water pressure in washrooms and cats everywhere even at the time when eating or trying to sleep after a hectic travel.

Bit hard to find (not their fault) Door of room did not lock properly but not much of an issue due to lockable capsule Bathroom very basic but sufficient Pillow bit too small

The staff was very friendly. I got time to be a lone in a room which was perfect for me😂 since I don’t like being around many people. Our room had balcony which was very convenient. I will definitely come back again.

Bathroom was not cleaned daily but it was okay since I wasn’t sharing with anyone 😊❤️.

Everything was ok

The pods were pretty cool and the bar downstairs was nice. The price is also pretty good can't complain about that.

The bathroom in the room could use some updating it looked kind of dirty but I think really it was just old. The toilet paper holder in the toilet was falling off the wall. Like it was cheaply constructed. The beds weren't that comfortable they were pretty thin not much support.

First of all, the service from the staff, I had never stayed in such a family-friendly hotel, the rooms were super clean, the food made by the chef Yuan was wonderful, the people were so friendly when checking out, they called me Uber, and it's a 5-star hotel, I loved it and I will come back more often, Furthermore, it has a great location close to the beach, close to shops, close to the supermarket I loved this experience in Bali

I have nothing to point out, everything was perfect

The capsule is too comfortable, I slept like a baby, it has a very nice balcony and you really don't feel like you are sleeping in a cabin, I was on top and I didn't feel any movement from the capsule below or any noise.

Everything, super clean, amazing staff, comfortable private beds
