Room cleanliness and washroom facilities

The room is Clean and has all the facilities required for a comfortable stay.

Construction going on at the hotel. The restaurant is not operational like normal. Parking is not covered. Just an empty space beside the hotel. I paid extra for parking and free breakfast. Both I am unable to use properly.

Restaurent is below par both taste ,quality was not good.also pricing is too high compared to the area outside the hotel

When we check in hotel was neat and clean

but 2nd day staff not came to clean

Very Poor Breakfast. And inappropriate posters asking not to waste food

nothing. the experience was not safe at all. i raised complaints and requested a refund, nothing happened

- the bedsheets were not clean when i checked in to the room, had to get them replaced twice - someone kept ringing my doorbell multiple times throughout the evening and night, i checked who it was and there was no one - the electricity went off multiple times and they sent an electrician to fix it at 2 am in the night. VERY UNSAFE experience for a single female - no one picking the calls at reception, and when they do, accuse me of not being in the room
