I reached at early morning 3am. Front desk staff had to be woken up to provide the keys. The person provided the keys did not look like a front desk staff

Subject: Feedback on My Stay I had booked a room at CM Hospital for 2 days, but unfortunately, my second day’s appointment was canceled. I informed the receptionist immediately, but the in-charge told me that cancellation was not possible. I checked out the next day at 11:30 a.m. without using the room for the second day, which resulted in a financial loss for me. Additionally, the facility does not have a restaurant. We had to depend on food delivery apps like Swiggy or Zomato, which was inconvenient. Overall, I had a very disappointing experience during my stay.
