We had a very pleasant stay. The owner was extremely kind and helpful. The location is excellent, everything is easily accessible. The accommodation was very clean, and everything was provided as expected. Thank you for the hospitality — we would be happy to return.

Location

We had to leave the hotel after staying there for several hours due to cigarette smoke exposure. From the moment we entered the room, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke. We later realized the room entrance is located directly next to the hotel’s smoking area. The room was advertised and booked as non-smoking, so this was not expected. We attempted to resolve the issue by opening the windows and running the air conditioner, but this did not help because guests were smoking only a few feet from our door and windows. I even moved the ashtray away from the area (placing it on the ground next to the fence), but people still continued to come and smoke right beside our room. The designated smoking area appears to be extremely small and positioned immediately adjacent to our room entrance and windows. This situation created a serious health concern for our family: both my husband and my son have asthma, and my son began coughing while we were there. We specifically booked a non-smoking room to avoid exactly this type of exposure. We also tried to contact the number provided but received a message stating you could not talk at the moment. After attempting to remediate the situation without success, we had no choice but to leave and move to another hotel. Given these circumstances, I am requesting a full refund. Advertising a room as non-smoking while placing it directly next to the smoking area constitutes clear misrepresentation, and in our case, it created a hazardous environment.

Todo en el alojamiento era horrible. Las fotos de Booking no se corresponden con la realidad. Había moho y humedades en las paredes y techo, todos los muebles estaban rotos y la madera estaba podrida, la ducha estaba oxidada y el desagüe estaba salido del suelo, por no hablar de que incluso encontramos una babosa en el baño. La ropa de cama estaba completamente gris. Este lugar es una estafa. Encima, me cargaron a la cuenta dinero de más, que nadie me ha reembolsado a pesar de haber puesto varias reclamaciones, y el chico que maneja esto es un estafador de cuidado, que no responde a llamadas, audios ni mensajes, sino que te escribe lo que le da la gana para que, cuando reclames a Booking parezca que ha "solucionado todos los problemas". No os alojéis aquí nunca.
