MERIDIAN HILL TOP YERCAUD

My wife & myself thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Yercaud at the Meridian Hill Top Yercaud resort. We traveled from Bengaluru for a quick weekend getaway and the location, surrounding, drive to the top and the Hotel exceeded our expectations. - The resort is located at a fabulous location overseeing the Eastern Ghats. - We had taken a room with a Balcony, and thus the view from the room was absolutely breathtaking. - We could see the Clouds far below us, and then could see, and feel the clouds passing by... which is in itself such a breathtaking experience. - Check-in was quick. Room was spacious and luxurious. - Loved the soft bed... really comfy. - We ordered both in-room dining and went down the pool-side restaurant for our lunch & breakfast. - We tried the "Chicken Chettinad" which tasted awesome. - The pool was very clean, though we decided not taking a dip since the weather was a bit chilly. Overall, excellent stay, and we plan coming back for a longer stay for sight-seeing in Yercaud which includes visiting the Rose Garden, Botanical Garden. We did shop at the local Yercaud Perfume Factory which was an amazing experience.

Humanity is missing form your Restaurant Staff. We will pay to Driver its self, but your staff send to separate entry , Why?

With out Humanity we can't grow.... please try to modify your system.

Good balcony view. Breakfast spread is decent. Also liked how the hotel accomodated us for an early breakfast because we had checked out early.

Property is a new property and has many short falls. Bathroom shower was faulty, no water pressure and leaking, same with the bidet. Room needed a paintjob. There was mould on the bathroom blind which is not sanitary and is an eye sore. Many items on the menu were unavailable.Staff need better training in housekeeping, many of our consumables were not replaced.Also plenty of miscomunication between staff. Wifi was an absolute fail, no signal at all and could not use for anything, complaint was made but no one helped. In short not worth the money paid.
