כל אנשי הצוות מקסימים, אכפתיים, נעימים, זמינים ועוזרים בכל פניה בטיפול מיידי. אנה הטבחית מכינה ארוחת בוקר נהדרת וטריה, מרגיש בבית. אזור הבריכה מקסים, נקי, תחושה ממש נעימה. המקום שקט וקרוב לים, למסעדות, לתחנת אוטובוס. הייתי עם הבת 14 שלי וחזרנו בלילה בתחושת ביטחון. התפריט להזמנה במהלך היום מכיל מגוון של אוכל ומשקאות במחירים סבירים.

החדר ובעיקר המקלחת והשירותים שלא פגשו חומרי ניקוי איכותיים, הרבה זמן... במקלחת הראשונה כל החדר התמלא במים, הנושא טופל מיידית אבל זאת קבלת פנים פחות נעימה. רמת ניקיון בחדר לא גבוהה, אולי הציפיות שלי היו גבוהות יותר אבל הבחירה היתה לפי ציון 8.9 בבוקינג....דיסונס גדול בין המקום והצוות לעומת החדר ששהינו בו.

posizione, spazi, zona bar/ristorante, piscina tutto stupendo.Ambiente familiare, tutti Gentilissimi e simpatici veramente un'esperienza positiva. Unica pecca, ed è davvero un peccato, la pulizia della camera potrebbe notevolmente migliorare!!

"Ein Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal und guter Lage, das jedoch bei Sauberkeit, Organisation und Frühstück deutliche"

• Sehr freundliches und bemühtes Personal • Kleine, ruhige Hotelanlage • Auf den ersten Blick sauber • Jacuzzi auf der Terrasse vorhanden • Katzenfreunde kommen auf ihre Kosten (mehrere Katzen auf der Terrasse) • Poolanlage schön und einladend • Sonnencreme und Utensilien beim Pool verfügbar • Ruhige Lage, nur ca. 8 Minuten zu Fuß ins Zentrum, ca. 15 Minuten zum Strand

• Sauberkeit im Zimmer nicht zufriedenstellend (z. B. Spinnennetz im Bad die ganze Woche) • Terrasse kaum gereinigt (Tisch nur 3x in 8 Tagen, Boden gar nicht) • Handtücher wurden täglich weniger (am Ende nur 1 pro Person) • Jacuzzi roch sehr stark nach Chlor • Frühstücksbuffet klein und oft halb leer, Nachfüllen dauerte lange • Frühstückszeit nur 8–10 Uhr • Selbst abräumen des Geschirrs erforderlich – im Urlaub etwas störend • Poolfilterränder sichtbar verschmutzt • Eigene Speisen und Getränke am Pool verboten (nur Kauf vor Ort möglich) •Bett wurde nie ordentlich gemacht, Leintuch nicht eingesteckt – wir wachten jeden Tag ohne auf • Poolmöbel teilweise kaputt, ebenso der Sessel auf unserer Terrasse
