Very clean, peaceful, good breakfast and staff

Rooms were dirty, hair on the bed, left our key in the door and we were given no towels so we couldn’t shower. Toilet accessories were dirty and rusted. Room hadnt had a deep clean since the beginning of the summer season. Windows were dirty and cracked. Cleaning staff rude. Left our coffee cups intact for 3 days! AC hadnt been cleaned and it smelled. Breakfast was below average so we ate at the local bakery instead. Over the hotel room was not worth the money paid.

- Location: very close to the beach and bay. 20 min drive to old town, that was good for us as we had a quad and wanted to ride. - Breakfast: I wouldn’t say I liked it, but it was decent and some may like it more than others. - Staff: this may sound rude… they were nice but useless.

- Noisy: it was so noisy, literally can hear people closing and opening their doors, or stuff being moved upstairs. Probably the worst sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel. - Breakfast: it was a buffet style but a bit limited in its options compared to other places I’ve been. - Price: for what it is, I would say I paid more than I should have - Blocked shower: the shower kept getting blocked, I complained once and they unblocked it the following morning (not good enough). Anyways, got blocked again and didn’t bother complaining because they said they have no other rooms available anyways :/

Beds are comfy. Pool is very nice, clean and at good temperature. Breakfast is above average.

The orange juice could be a better one. The shower and sink even though it seemed clean, it was pretty affected by limestone.

From start to finish, the experience at Madison Boutique was second to none! The family were always so obliging and attentive, creating a familiarity that was comforting while also being incredibly professional. The pool area was beautiful in particular. The room was spacious and featured a balcony with a pool view - the rooms have black-out curtains, which are fantastic for regulating the temperature in the rooms with the intense heat outside!

- Pool area was nice and we could always find a sun bed - good range of drinks - bed was comfortable and over-all the room was nice- but it wasn't the one we booked - great location, easy to walk into Faliraki

- We booked a triple room, but we were given a double - bathroom could have been cleaner - breakfast spread was limited

Walkable distance to the beach (12-16 mins), quiet at night, they have delicious food and drink there.

We informed them that we would be checking in the early morning at 5 a.m., but there was no one at the reception. We waited for one hour and then we saw a small chalkboard (inside the reception room) with the reservation name and how to check in. They could have informed us in a chat message or SMS about check-in information. You have to put a "Do not disturb" sign otherwise the housekeeper will knock on the door and come in at 8-9 a.m. Breakfast is okay to have a couple of day in a row, not so much variety in hot food.
