I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area, and the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. The hotel maintained clear communication, and getting around was hassle-free thanks to its convenient setting. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which added to the overall comfort.

One aspect that could be improved is the booking and payment process. While the listing stated that no pre-payment was required, I later received multiple messages warning that my booking would be cancelled unless payment was made in advance. This created unnecessary confusion and stress. I recommend that the hotel work with Booking.com to enable card payments during booking if pre-payment is indeed required, rather than sending repeated cancellation warnings to guests. Despite this hiccup, the stay itself was enjoyable, and I would consider returning if the booking process is streamlined.
