"Value for money, but double-check if you want a non-smoking room"

Location was good for my work, and there was a park nearby for a morning stroll. Restaurants, coffee options nearby. Fruit shop in the same building was convenient for me.

Was first given a room reeking of smoke, although I'd requested a non-smoking room, and received a confirmation. The alternative room I was then given was OK. Received 10+ emails from the property all containing the same verbose welcome text (in duplicate as well). They should instead focus on details.
