It’s a stunning location right on the beach. The restaurant Prana is just delightful with excellent food and view to die for.

The approach to the property and parking facilities! Especially during the rains this is just terrible! Ruined an otherwise beautiful holiday

Amazing staff, so friendly and helpful especially Rashmi on the front desk. Room was exceptional as promised, amazing views, very big and amazing shower too. I would highly recommend VK as an amazing place to stay, right on the beach too and very clean and comfortable. The staff go out of their way to make your stay memorable.

Great location, right on the beach

Location was great. Our room was very comfortable, spacious and had a lovely view of the beach.

The cleanliness of the guest Beach area should be improved. Cigarette butts not cleaned from the sand under the sun beds.

Amazing beach front location with super views of Mandrem Beach. The room was large and beautifully appointed with a soaring roof/ceiling made with recycled wood which is part of the ethos of the property. The large bathroom was well above average with a large wet room shower and lovelt fluffy white towels. The bed was very comfortable and we had a great nights sleep for our 3 night stay. The room also had a mezzanine area reached by a ladder which had a sofa - a quirky and unusual feature. A truly unique room, with good quality, characterful furniture. The mini bar was stocked with sustainable snacks prepared by locals ie spicy nuts, oat and fruit cookies as well as the usual beers. Breakfast was excellent served at the restaurant on the beach and was included in the price. I would particularly recommend the homemade muesli with fruit and yoghurt served with freshly squeezed juice. We ate at the restaurant for our evening meals which were very reasonably priced and delicious.

Not cheap - but you get what you pay for; something a little bit special and unique.
