Break fast was good but it was too expensive

The hotel staff could have behaved with more responsibility.it is the duty of the accommodation providers to ensure safety and security of those who occupy the rooms.we had booked 2 rooms- one for a lady. when it was brought to their notice that the balcony door couldn't be completely shut, the offhand attitude that they took was uncalled for and it reflected it completely irresponsible and pathetic approach.it would be better to have a more sincere approach while dealing with customers.
