This property conducts temperature checks every time a guest, team member or vendor enters the property. A temperature higher than 99 degrees, along with other symptoms, including but not limited to coughing, sneezing and shortness of breath, will result in being denied entry to the property. This property's management reserves the rights of admission and refusal of service for guests not following social distancing, cleanliness and hygiene norms and the house rules. IDENTITY PROOF: In keeping with Government regulations, we request each guest (regardless of occupancy) to carry a photo identity to present on check-in. Foreign nationals are required to present their valid passport and visa. Indian nationals can present any government issued photo identity and address proof card e.g. driving license, passport, Aadhar card or voter’s ID card. PAN Card will not be accepted as the above. Also, please do keep handy proof of corporate affiliations, if you have made a corporate booking. Group policy: Booking of more than 5 rooms will apply different cancellation and guarantee policy. The hotel reserves the right to cancel any booking that has come for 5 or more rooms even with different names /confirmation numbers, from same source as the booking will be considered a group booking, with different rate and policies applicable. Keys Select hotel, Kochi has the license only for “Beer & Wine”. Christmas Eve dinner and New Year's Eve gala dinner are available for guests staying on 24th December and 31st December respectively, at an additional charge.
